We have been using automatic Simalubes on our Enercon E40 wind turbines for many years. We have 39 Enercon turbines and each unit requires some 44 Simalubes per year. We have trialled different lubricators over the years and found the Simalube to be the preferred lubricator by all our maintenance teams. They are very reliable, uniform in operation, light weight and easy to handle which is a key factor when personnel have a large of units to install in confined spaces.
ETS have been supplying Premier Coal lubricant products for the last 15 years and we have found them second to none. The single point Simalubes we use on site have eliminated production downtimes and improved safety from the maintenance department due to the reliability of the product. The application and support from ETS goes above and beyond for customer service. We also use the Brugarolas grease on our drills, which has decreased the rod change-out times and resources required to complete the task by at least 50%. Would recommend their products to everyone!

Iluka Resources Southwest Operations operates a Rotary Kiln and a Rotary Cooler as part of the Synthetic Rutile processing plant.
The Kiln and Cooler are a reducing environment so sealing the process from ingress air is critical.
With great technical support from ETS Australia we were able to select the Brugarols GA kiln grease supplied by ETS Australia to lubricate the rotating seal rings, while maintaining an air tight seal.
This is a high temperature application and holds up extremely well. We were able to reduce our usage from the previous Shell supplied kiln grease used.
ETS Australia have provided the bulk kibble pods for supply and we have never had a supply or quality issue.
